Allergens:
Our kitchen is full of delicious ingredients like dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, and nuts. We keep things clean and organized, but cross-contamination is always possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.

Color Magic:
All of our colors are mixed by hand—think of it as frosting artistry! Because each batch is crafted individually, shades may vary slightly. Lighting, frosting type, and food coloring all play a part. Perfect color matches aren’t guaranteed, but we promise your treats will still look absolutely beautiful.

**Please NOTE if no color is requested for your order, white will be used to decorate you cake and cupcakes**

By placing an order with The Yummy Cakery, the customer agrees to the following terms:

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup date.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before pickup are non-refundable.

• Changes to an order are subject to availability and must be requested in writing. Changes are not guaranteed once an order has been confirmed.

• Orders must be picked up during normal business hours.

• The Yummy Cakery is not responsible for damage to cakes or other products after they have been picked up and leave our possession.
